Iron spears are available to make in CNR but not titanium ones. There's no entry for it in the titanium craft list.

The iron spear is fairly lackluster, which is why I'm mentioning it. If it's intentional, the iron spear could probably use a little buff (it's +1 vs undead and +2 piercing damage).
