      Issue Description: Once one person talks to the Bounty Hunter outside of the Hunter's Union, He'll walk off and hide in the corner of the Shrine of Deneir and Milil, and presumably stays there. This makes him really hard to find if you don't know/follow him when he walks off the first time.
