Charm Domain Spell Not Working

Server Version: Echo 7364

Longstanding issue where class feature Eagle's Splendor granted by the Charmed domain does not apply its effect. As written, it's supposed to stack with normal Eagle's, but currently does not cast.

You get the visual act of casting, just not the effect of it.

According to Zool, the Eagle's Splendor feat is hard coded to use harper levels.

I'm open to suggestions for a work-around.

It could be done with a custom feat, I'll see if I can write a demo this week. It shouldn't be too hard.

Could just create an item with 1/day eagles on it, and make the domain spawn it in the clerics inventory as none drop?
