Case File: Sergivitch, The Malarite.

At sometime after the Celebrations held in Eveningstar a brutal murder was perpetrated. A house in the Starwater gorge committed to fire and the occupants slain. The Suspect one, "Sergivitch", who prior to the investigation had been confronted by a "Calatha Clearwater", of the deed. Upon being pressured by the woman he retreated to the hulluck, but not before bringing forth a massive saber-toothed beast.
Witnessing this I decided to investigate, the bodies of the home's occupants had been brutalized by a large beast(Suspected Saber-toothed beast) prior to being set aflame, the beast in question being quick and sure-footed. The fire itself having been started with an improvised accelerant(High proof vodka & rags), and lastly the evidence of burns on the suspect(Sergivitch) along his arms suggest he had misjudged the size of the conflagration caused by the bottle shattering atop the home itself.
My Findings are backed by a auxiliary investigation made by one "Dextar Jes'tar" who I have tasked with writing a report on the incident. One witness a "Polly Farmer" can be referenced for there being no other entities on the road.
Core suspect Sergivitch attempted to deflect claims toward a fellow Wildwalker "Lucy", eye witness testimony by "Polly Farmer", put Lucy no where in the area prior to the fire.
With all evidence provided, I move to have a Warrant & Bounty, set upon Sergivitch.

I'll see if I can't convince Greg or Soppi to turn him over to the Greywatch.
They may consider what he did not against the "balance" but he is an uncontrolled savage it appears.

Sergei has fled north, and now roams the lands of Tilverton, eating and killing anything that comes in his path. He was bit by a priestess of Malar a few days ago. We have roughly 7 days or so, before the full moon rises, and Sergei is fully transformed into a beast we cannot defeat as easily.
Dawnbringer, you should inform the Aster, and ensure any silver weaponry they have around are put on patrol. I spoke to the druids, and they believe Sergei to be so consumed with anger towards Eveningstar, that he will come for the village and its residents time and time again, until he is put to the sword.
I shall do what I can to find him before he turns. I know of no other tracker in the area, who might be able to find him besides myself.

If someone can get the malarite armour from Shadow we could threaten to desecrate it to bait him into a trap. He is supposedly quick to anger from what the druids say and this could be a weakness.
From what I understand his mind is quite weak so spells like holdings, or colour sprays will affect him

I will speak with the Aster and see to what preparations we can make even if I must call out the beast myself. I am sure like many others before him he will want the chance to come at me. Also we will negotiate the reward money soon and I will inform you shortly.
