Suggestion: Diplomatic relations with Tilverton

I have an suggestion to throw into the arena, the situation with Tilverton appears strained
and it came to mind that it would serve us well to have a direct liaison with Obyn himself.It would reduce confusion when attempting to find the official word from the many groups in Tilverton,
and could work to ease tensions between our two cities.Fresh from the war, I would assume clarity would be the goal to avoid further conflict. I would also push forward that we offer a liaison of our own. Distasteful as you may find them, it is unwise to not open diplomatic channels.

I have been on the waiting list to visit the Court of Misrim in Tilverton for three months.
Though I am sure there are other representatives of the House of Coin who are available in Tilverton, or represent the city itself.
