      Greetings my peers and friends,

      As of this moment, I am stepping down from the Council of Twelve. There are no bad feelings or malice involved in this decision. Events of a personal nature have come, that pull me in another direction. My new bride and I will have already departed via caravan from the area by the time this is received.
