Siamorphe and Nobanion

Having looked over the lawbook briefly, I noticed that the ban upon worshipping Siamorphe and Nobanion is missing. Does this mean the faiths may be openly worshipped in Arabel once more? I cannot find any announcement of this change, but I believe it to be a good one!

The Faith of Lathander greatly objects to several of the faiths listed in the pantheon of men, all of which are entirely evil and imposing of tyrannical wills upon sentient life. I would like this to be a penned and official protest.
I would suggest an official registry of priests who claim to have contact with their god that would pay tithe to their church and the Peoples Palace whilst making their home in Arabel.
