Hm it's called something Monument forget the exact words- there's only one monument placeable in the area that I could find- it's the one on the West side of the map!

It's just a description- but yeah, it confused me too- would be nice if you could click it to make sure it's just a description, not sure if the model allows it though, some hak stuff is just poorly made.
