Limits on number of scribes per rest

I thought we removed the limit for potions/wands/scrolls crafted per rest, but it seems to be back.
It must have been counting failed scroll scribe attempts (custom spells) because otherwise the limit is 2/rest.

This should be fixed in the upcoming craft system.
