Summon Theme: Earth Elementals

Server Version: Echo 6228.
Issue Description:
Earth Elemental theme as a whole is fine, though woefully requires DR/DI to every circle, getting increasingly higher the further up it gets.
Circle 8 and 9 have their second attack set as a whopping 4-40 damage, which is absolutely massive. I would suggest dropping it to 2-20 and adding an additional +10 bludgeoning to its attacks, along with requisite DR/DI. (Given that it is, after all, Earth.)

How do you get to circle 8-9?
Isn't level 10 is the max in v6?If some poor English shows up in this post: and you're an English teacher, language-patriot or simply kind; please correct me. Thanks.
