Complaints against other players must be substantiated

I want to make it crystal clear to anyone who could possibly misunderstand, that without a report containing BASIC information like times and dates, locations, character names and player accounts, any complaint against another player will be dismissed out of hand, because it will be impossible to prove or disprove.
If you're expecting a quick response, you HAVE to provide screenshots or some other form of evidence, otherwise you will have to wait for DMs to check things and discuss what action to take, and this takes time.
The assumption that DMs somehow miraculously should know exactly what happened and the implication that when they don't act on unsubstantiated reports, it is some kind of idleness or worse still a malicious intent, is completely unreasonable and unfair. The assumption that DMs should know about a complaint that hasn't even been passed to them is simply adding insult to injury. The correct place to send these complaints is to cityofarabel@gmail.com.
We have a responsibility to balance the interests of all players, and that means not taking one player's word against another, with nothing to back it up. It also means discussing things between ourselves before deciding what action to take.

Bumping this. PLEASE if you do have to complain about another player, then give us some real solid information, otherwise how are we to know if it is just you being horrible to them instead?

In addition to this, you will not tell another player how to play their character. You may give advice or suggestions but telling somebody they are wrong in doing something is not your call to make. If you have an issue with how a character is portrayed then bring it up with the DM team and we'll take a look at it. Not every character is the same and what might be the norm for one character might be completely opposite for another. Essentially, don't assume you know more about other player's characters than they do.
