Potion and Wand Price Adjustments

After the next reset the prices of wand crafting and the wands in the shop will go up by 10%.
The price of crafted potions will go down by 10% and the Cauldron Bonus potion feature (you get an extra potion randomly when you craft near a cauldron) should really be working.
This should help address the fact that potions are simply not as useful/cheap as wands.
