These were archived accidentally. I had intended for them to remain in Player Factions as unofficial correspondence.
I've added Thune and people as moderators, so contact them if you want to get added back in. Please note, the Council has been officially dissolved, and as such it is to be treated as a player faction for now. There will be no NPC input except in specific cases, as is the case with all other player factions. All perks associated with the faction no longer apply.
