When handing over a prisoner, your character have to provide with a forum report of the captive and which barrack it is inside. This is for the sanity of DMs and players, who should know! This include none members as much as members of the factions who has the cells, dump an NPC as a prisoner there? Write a report and enjoy your foruming :)
