      Put information in your bug reports, as MUCH as you can give. Without proper information they will NOT be fixed, ever.

      If you don't know, go and check! Don't guess.

      Key information, some bugs don't need all of it but here is a guideline

        Basic summary of this short post:

        Puffy or any other DM will not fix bugs without the proper information, because without it we can't and never will.
