      Word is spreading through Arabel's finer establishments and the nobility that an important Cormyrian official, perhaps even Caladnei herself, will be coming to Lord Hardcastle's estate today to make an announcement. Few are certain, some believe Hardcastle will be named the Lord Commander of the North, others whisper he will be arrested for Lord Wyvernspur's murder while others claim Othnar DeSchurr will be executed soon for the crime, but that the King intends to launch a military campaign to drive the bandits and criminals out of Arabel's ruins and eastern forests to restore the safety of overland trade to the Dales.
