Bullying in front of NPCS

I am re-doing the topic, i had abandon it, but in a dont have any better thing to do moment i re-read it and found a post that is exactly what i wish to discuss and since my english sucks i want to try again with a very precise description.

You are in a verbal be like you started or not, you are there trowing insults.
In verbal PvP it pretty obvius that one side can decide to end the discussion using his fists. So when the discussion reach that point when one side calls the other for fist talk this things can happen.
1 - Both agree in going to a proper place.
2 - You shut up to not get beaten.
3 - You dont agree but your friends or friend step forward and enter in the discussion**(Not just be by your side watching)**, this is Bullying using others to back you up a very nice way. Then the one interested in fist talk might have to back to verbal PvP or walk away to not get teamed up or go get his friends to team up from his side.
4 - Another example of Bullying using others to back you up would be a sheriff watching and waiting the beating start or a guard/NPC that joined the discussion so you have the feeling of security to continue insulting.
5 - You continue insulting because you are sure the guard that had fall asleep will awake to save your ass(unpossessed NPCs) in time but guess what the other side might think he will not awake in time and decided to beat your ass and face the law later(holding in the place to be arrested or explain the situation to the authority), ah the aurhority might not show up and nothing is done to him, well next time be sure to have someone backing you up before act like a tough guy. -
I think…that if people want to taunt or intimidate people IG..they should train in the approperiate skill. There's no such thing as a "Bully with no intimidation".

Whats this all about? People talking smack in front of NPCs? It's easy to deal with if you want to beat the snot out of them. Just tell them you will be waiting at X place for them and if they don't show every will know just how pathetic they are. Then you walk away and go wait at place X. Problem solved. All they can do is huff puff and bluster.
