Undead Left Behind
-
If players are leaving undead behind, they need to follow PvP rules or we may need to consider consquences ranging from deletion of character to banning.
1). Do not leave undead on transition.
2). Make the PvP engaging, if there is no roleplay beyond finding an undead unexpectedly, that is not engaging. Its borderline griefing.
3). Do not target new/low level players. That means you're going to have to be around and online to ensure your undead doesn't PK the wrong person–and means you also have to take the risk of getting caught because you can't have logged off or gone to sit in a tavern and sip ale not knowing what your undead is doing.
4). This is the same as leaving traps around randomly. We do not approve of this if its making things suck for other people, its not advancing a story, you're not somehow ensuring the wrong people get caught in the undead attack. Finally: If you're doing this with good PvP motivations--I'm sure if a DM is around and has time--they would also help make sure its done more interestingly.
However, leaving undead randomly to kill the first random person who comes around needs to stop before the ban hammer comes.
