Rping Romantic Aspects on CoA

On the topic of romantic elements in roleplay on CoA
Over the years there have been characters, and plots driven and enhanced by romantic motivations, and themes.
Romance is an integral element of Fantasy, and it has roots can be drawn back to Medieval Romance. Knights doing battle with powerful mythical beasts to either save the pretty damsel, or win her favour. Love, or lust (so long as its not acted out on the server) can for many concepts be very fitting motivations for why they do, what they do.
Loved ones also offer someone for pc and npc villains to target, and go after. They also create situations where one has to make difficult choices. Such as God/Cause etc or Loved One. Sexuality is a big part of many sentient beings. And portrayals of that sexuality only go to further add depth to existing characters.
So if these themes and motivations can add to CoA, and can find a place on the server when properly executed, then what kinds of portrayals should not? Portrayals of sexual violence are absolutely prohibited. Sadly, we have had incidents of this in the past, and it is 100% not desired on CoA. Another is "High School" romance/drama. Romance where everyone else is excluded. Character goals revolve around your significant other instead of involving as many characters as possible. Whispering sexy stuff in the background with your significant other instead of participating in adventure and interaction with other characters.
If any the prohibited RP occur outside of CoA, whenever it is done with the characters played in CoA or not it will stay out of CoA and is not allowed to be RP as if it happened in CoA. Whenever you do the things on IRC, via emails or anything else, there is where it stays and you cannot take this into CoA. Just as you cannot take in your character slaying 15 red dragons on another module.
We don't want CoA to act as a romance simulator. We also don't want romance to be the driving motivation for players (even if it can be for characters). Rather, if they are t be used, then we would rather they be heroic portrayals of romantic themes. Such as things from Arthurian legends.
Another thing I want to touch on, are Priests of Sune/Sharress- Sex, and Love are touched by both Goddesses, but as we are not looking for high school romance, or Cyb0r some of the more obvious portrayals of these Deities Dogma are undesirable.A Sharrassan is best focused on sensual delights, ones relating to adventuring, such as hot springs deep in the underdark, rare food and wine etc. Sunites on the other hand should be encouraging passion, aiding those looking to prove their worth to their love in heroic fashion, like is befitting true love, and smiting down things like undead, devils, abberations and demons, beings that are mockeries of life, and all Sune stands for.
These aspects are of course not exclusive to worshippers of these goddesses. Love, have at times the supportive role in concepts where the love and compassion of one character inspires and/or supports another to champion their cause with stronger and bolder actions thanks to the moral support given in the background by such things as love, friendship and loyalty.
