Persistant Chest Problem

Hey folks with persistent chests, we had an ass hat go through the other day and use some exploits to get into faction rooms and chests. The DMs have since banned said ass hat, but we're sorting through the issues he caused before his banning and as we sort through the logs we'll be banning people who were involved in ass hattery as well.
If you know anything extra about the situation, please let us know so we can deal with that as well.
