So Much New Stuff in One Day!

Folks, I have so much to share with the community today. Last night was a big night, with many announcements and today I wanted to help anyone who missed the arrival of the Viceroy catch up on what they miss and explain out of character what is going on with a few in character events.
First, a new faction was announced to replace the City Watch!

The Viceroy, Lord Beldred Truesilver, last night announced that he demanded the city's nobles cooperate more, especially after it was clear during his speech that former Loyalists stood on one half of the chamber and former rebels on the other. He wishes to build a stable city, and not see a second civil war destroy his rule. To that end, he's told the city's Lord that each of them shall keep several of their retainers in the palace, living there to communicate closely with him, and to also encourage loyal subjects of Cormyr to spend time in the palace, especially those adventurers who wish to be of service to Cormyr.

Finally, an announcement on v5. Right now, the DMs consider the module in v4.5. Mostly because we've added the haks and are gearing up the story line for the events that will herald the beginning of v5's storylines and theme. As of last night, I introduced the first real clue as to what the future will herald for the city in v5, but it'll still be awhile before all of it comes to fruition.
