Introduction / Prelude quests for group concepts

Due to a lot of players asking us to consider this, we did.
If a group attracts the attention of a DM, then you can send over a note about what your background's like, and your group can get a private quest that lands you in Arabel, from where you can start your adventurers.

Do not pester DMs for this. It's completely at the discretion of individual DMs whether they want to run a quest for your group or not.

Groups will be afforded no benefits for getting one (unless there is an approved application specifying some plot item or somesuch). No loot, not even xp. Your xp will be reduced to 1 after the quest is over. Loot will be just what you buy from the Road to Arabel. It's just additional flavor for your concept.

DMs may drop hints about storylines happening on the server during these quests, however, making it easier for you to get involved in large plots.
