      Issue Location: Scroll loot container in boss room/throne room
      Quest Name: The Frozen War
      Server Version: 8381

      Issue Description: There's a scroll loot container in the boss room that drops scrolls, and it seems to be pulling from some powerful table. There was also an Ice Storm CL 9 and elemental shield CL 7, but I didn't screenshot those since they were both below CL 10.

      Scott Keellip - White Knight, killed by Drow
      Sir William the Fearless - Fearless! and nice.
      Vardix - Black Dragon cultist. Also killed by Drow.
      Nihlos Carver - Fear the Reaper
      Argun The Dawnhammer - Strongman of Lathander

        The scroll is still a third circle spell, and it will only last 17 minutes. It's good, not great.

        As for the isaac spell circle, it's a nice little clutch item that will target multiple enemies, chances are it won't win a fight against a boss.
