I have looked about the region. If we are not going to take up Fyes offer of grabbing a place there (She has a basement which is currently not in use, so perhaps we could use that?), then I suggest we find a place outside Arabel. I hear the Crownguard are tyrannical buggers, so we need not bunk with the berks if we can avoid it.

Immersea looks promising. Few restrictions, boats, and its within travel distance.
Collinswood: A small halmet outside of Eveningstar. Its secluded, but perhaps Gills can make a one way portal for us to get into town fast?

Ful happy this bod'll be to call kip with the hendest blood this side of baator, it's the same ward as the pinchers and their kobold kings.
Even Fye don't catch kip there.

I'm keen on the rig to give this ant hill the laugh. Immersea sounds rum to me.

What about the Manticore too?
