Lower Throwing Axes' Weight

As the title says.
Throwing axes aren't often used, because they're 1 pound per throwing axe. So, for a stack of 50, that's 50 pounds.

@samb12345 The issue then is that weight reduce exponentially increases the cost of items. Then we would have to manually go in and add not just the weight reduction property but also manually calculate the cost and add the value decrease property.
