File: The Elven Fellowship
-
A group of three elfs have wandering the region as of late. They tend to talk in elven almost all the time and keep seeking the filthy beholder cultist Izereth.

Seems they worship the drows spider goddess.

Myself and Adelaide went to the entrance to the Hullack to seek the Elven Fellowship after they sent for a wardbreaker
They were asked about meeting Izereth, to which they say they sought to learn more on her to slay her soon
Upon the Ward they said the ward seals off ancient elven holdings within the forest and they seek to reclaim them
Upon who the wardbreaker is they said that is the only title they have for them.
There is currently nothing to indiciate they were behind Amaires kidnapping
However the elves should be monitored

I will note they are refusing to explain what they are up too and refuse to acknowledge the authority of the Crown.

Late last night Izereth made a sending claiming the Elven Fellowship had in fact aided her, and she was the ward breaker they sent for. She goaded Ma'crag to attack them and said she'd send one of her eyes to watch went on
The elves made a sending saying she had failed and sent for a druid to come to high crimmond
Then Izereth sent again saying the elves were devious and almost were her downfall

According to Bloodhound Elrinde one of their number, a scout, was seen using a bow of elven make, the quality of which most local sources would struggle to acquire.
However one group that has access to them locally is the Eldreth Veluuthra, aka the EV, aka the Victorious Blade of the People, aka those elf’s who hate humans and are racist trash.
Adding to the theory that they are EV, is that the Fellowship call common "poisoned by man" and seems to be general racist jerks from what the elven community is saying.
We also have their suspicious activity around Amaire, a half elf Dawnsquire. They were seen seeking her in Eveningstar a few days before my draconic folly. However, they were thrown out for foul conduct by an elven speaking Aster. Shortly afterwards while I was close to the edge of town with Amaire, an unknown party threw darkness at us.
Here the thing through, Amaire was never the sort of person people went to ask questions of specifically. Her sister Maire was a leader and planner, but Amaire was a follower and protector. She had deep heart, sharp eyes and well drilled arms... but she wasn't going to know secret lore or deal with politics very well.
Then a few days after my dragon shaped stupidity they were seen on the road to Eveningstar by myself and Fye, but never arrived in Eveningstar according to watchmen interviewed the day after. Meanwhile Amaire was seen leaving Eveningstar alone to answer a sending by the same watchmen. Said sending was a unnamed person asking for someone who knew about planar activity in Hillmarch to come to the Falcon's Rest in Arabel.
I answered this sending myself along with the druidess Unicorn and found that no one was there, and we waited a fair while. Latter after I rose from my slumber I heard that Amaire had been kidnapped.
Suspicious no?
On a related note, we finally have a name for one of them. Theo, the green robbed druid member.

"Racist Trash"
Really, such low language in our files.
Can't you realize that elves are all arrogant snobs? Perhaps it is because you are a commoner that you don't have the education to realize that this is a human country, ruled by a human king, built by humans, and that the other races are mere visitors, and best respect our ways.

Got a name for there warrior member - Saeharice Chamaranthe.
Met him on the road to Eveningstar from the west gate. I questioned him about his movement around Amaire on both the dates mentioned above.
Day of them being seen seeking her - He was hunting trolls that day and never sort her out.
Day of her kidnapping - dueled with her in the middle of Eveningstar, then headed further west to hunt trolls at the time of her kidnapping (incorrectly stated she used axes).
He was rude and refusing to respect the Crown as always, but we still don't have enough for criminal charges.

Saeharice is a druid
I saw him with the druids and he turned into a bear.

I spoke with Ursula briefly.
She told me that the Oathsworn whom they gave the Eye to willingly is actually a part of their Circle.
I inquired as to the purpose of this and she refused to answer, stating that it was just a matter of the Circle.
I was also told that this matter of the Circle is harmless.
I'm not so certain this is true. She may not understand the full extent of which this Elven Fellowship operates. If they are EV, then surely they will be using the Eye for some kind of weird and potentially nefarious elven ritual against civilization.

Ursula has always been a bit of moron in honesty. I remember when I told her abbout the late Treths warlock powers, and she was like "likely nothing to worry about."
Considering these elves lack of respect for the Kings authority and distain for humanity, perhaps we should consider taking it from them by force for the safety of the state.

Leona states that Saerhice confessed to the kidnapping of Amaire and delivering them to Izereth
Supposedly they wanted to get close to her to attempt to take her down, But it went wrong.
Adelaide, think carefully of the charges you wish to arrest him on and remember justice not vengeance

Got a full statement.
Lehmann
I confronted the elf Saeharice on the road by Slingdyke, roughly one hour before the Battle in the Blasted Lands took place.
I questioned him as to his plans for the Eye of Hornan, as well as it's Location.
Saeharice at first thought me to be an Agent of Izereth, and when I corrected this he claimed that the Eye was bait to draw out 'shadows' to be killed. He claims the Eye itself is now beyond the reach of all, even himself, and has been given to nature.I then questioned him on the accusations of Kidnapping, which he did not deny. He confirmed the Elven Fellowship had given Amaire to Izereth to try and buy themselves into her favour, apparently to strike her down from within, but claims that their true intention was revealed to her. He showed no remorse for this and stated that he would repeat the action if it were deemed necessary and cared not for the judgements of Man.
It was at this point that my emotions got the better of me and I engaged him in combat, with the intent to bring him to the city. However, he called a giant spider from the surrounding treeline and together they were able to overpower me and knock me unconcious. I awoke with potions of healing left beside me, and then the Bloodhound Pilotess came from the Helmlands, to inform me of exodus from the Seeker Base.
This is all that is relevant to your questioning.

I think it’s time we brought these elves in, I think all these charges are relevant.
-Treason- The Act of Aiding the Enemies of Arabel, and its Leader, or its People. Concealing the actions of foreign agents, their locations, or otherwise siding with opposing national powers over Kingdom of Arabel.
-Kidnapping- Taking an individual against their will, for any purpose, without consent or Warrant for Capture issued by the Councils.
-Evasion of a Peace Official- Intentional deception, evasion, or misdirection aimed at a member of the Council or Militia.
The biggest Issue with the Elven Fellowship is their utter lack of respect for Crown authority, and loyalty to the Crown is mandatory.
They completely ignore all orders given to them by the Crownguard, -repeatedly-.
They meet and have secret deals with Arabel’s most vile enemies in the form of Izereth.
They do secret magic rites of unknown purpose and great power in the Hullack.
They base themselves in High Crimmond (a hotbed of treason) and seek to recruit a warband based there.
They attempted to sell the Eye of Hornam the Wretched, an artefact that could easily be used to create major chaos like damaging the Goldfeather ward, on the open market!
They have shown a clear hatred of humanity and have threatened members of Arabels elven blooded community, as well as insulted them with great frequency for being ‘tainted’ by humanity. If there not full members of the Eldreth Veluuthra yet, it’s only a matter of time. With their new Great Druid in the Hullack, we could be swarming in elven terrorist trying to end human rule in the weeks and months to come.
We also have Leona's letter to add to the Amaire kidnapping evidence that’s been discussed previously. Amaire kidnapping led to the deaths of the whole Angelmorn family in the Aster. There loss has been keenly felt, and you only have to look at Dominic’s posters to see how useful the Angelmorns were in helping us keep Arabel safe.
It’s time to end this Elven Fellowship, it time to make it clear that loyalty to the Crown is not optional and protect our realm from there dangerous influence.

I still do not think treason is valid.
Treason is most commonly armed rebellion to try and overthrow the Crown, The elves have not done this.
I believe this is most valid
-Arabellan Citizenship- People of civilized descent that does not pose an inherent risk to the Kingdom of Arabel are automatically considered citizens within the Kingdom of Arabel. Creatures of evil such as Drow, Lycanthropes, Undead, and other monsters are to be killed on sight ((Normal PvP rules apply)) Conspiracy with, and/or assisting creatures of evil and traitors of the Kingdom, will result in being named a non-citizen and other charges at the discretion of the Realm. Those not considered citizens, are not protected by any law. Descents considered civilized are the following but children under their majority may not be harmed ((PCs are always considered Adults regardless of age. Children concepts are not supported)):
They certainly have assisted Izereth who was a traitor to the Kingdom

Follow the bounty request guidelines and see where it goes.

I've sent the following in

It seems the most legitimate charges in this case
Dominic

Make it nice and high is my feeling. Aiding Arabel most hated foe is serous alone, the fact we lost so many good Aster warriors in the chain of events it started is far worse.
Adelaide

I'll request ten thousand.

Bounty is up, time to bring these drow spider goddess loving filth to justice.
