      So playing a wizard I noticed unlike my other cantrips Disrupt undead doesn't regenerate. Is this a bug or working as intended?

        It started out as a cantrip, then got improved and moved to higher level (1? 2?) then got lowered to a cantrip again, but was too powerful for a cantrip so it got nerfed.

        I think it's intentional but I'm not 100% certain.
