Skeleton did not drop sword.

Can anyone else see what I'm missing here?

It could be that the sword is part of the skeleton model. This happens with minotaurs, pixies and a few other creatures. The weapon might not be there, but it'll still look like it even if that's the case.
It could also be that the sword is non-droppable and/or the AI reequips it instantly.

The sword isnt part of the model; it's in his inventory.
I was watching his inventory when you fought/disarmed him.
It didnt move to ground or inventory.Might be because it's not marked as "dropable". Will try that on the next go-round.

Tested. He still holds on to the sword even with a successful hit.
Tried changing his appearance , maybe that's it? idk! running out of ideas.

@echo There should be a box toi check, 'can be disarmed' in creature properties.
