Vote: Offer to Sir Matrim Kingsley

Many of you are aware of the Dragon Bastard known as Sir Matrim Kingsley. I would like to put to a vote offering Sir Kingsleys' rogue organization "the Ghosts of Cormyr" amnesty, in trade that Sir Matrim Kingsley is tried for his crimes against Arabel. His sentence would be to serve Arabel, and not be allowed within the city walls until he has proven loyal to the revolution, and of course - Loyal to Arabel.

The conditions of the proposal:

Ghosts of Cormyr given conditional amnesty.
Sir Matrim Kingsley required to commit military aid to Arabel for a term of service.
Sir Matrim Kingsley prevented from entering Arabel until the term of service is completed.
Please note - this vote is to decide what we offer Sir Matrim Kingsley to bring the Ghosts of Cormyr into the fold as military support. He may not accept, he may refuse a trial, but I want the Council of Twelve to be united in what we offer him in the days to come.

Does anyone have an issue with me putting this to a vote?
