re-respawned for free after reset

Time: https://www.timeanddate.com/Issue Description: before the server reset I was in the fugue and logged out for a nap. After the server reset/update I logged in (minutes before this post) and spawning at my spawn point in the Redwood Grove with the Fugue Robe in my inventory.

Tested again 6769, works fine and the body spawned in the morgue too
