On remaking characters, and 'releveling'

I am no longer offering this as a service. Please do not ask me to help you 'remake' your pc or drop your level to fix a feat or issue you found in the character design.
The only time I will do this is when the issue breaks CoA rules or IC events warrant it (no, falling as a paladin does not, nor as a cleric). IC events that might warrant it would be: Earning a PrC.
