Missing potions

If any potions are now missing from merchants (that were there before), make a bug report and assign it to me.
If any potion recipes are broken, do the same.

If any quests are missing potion rewards (handed out when you complete the quest, not loot) then make a note in the bug forum with the quest giver and area.
Any broken recipes, bug report with the exact name of the recipe and if possible, where you found it.
