Wanted/Exiled/Hunted Characters

If your character has been publicly announced "Wanted/Exiled/Hunted" or anything similar by the Citadel, do not enter the Citadel without a DM. This include if your character is sneaking/using invis or any other sort of hide, cause you cannot tell if the NPCs who WOULD react can see you or not and if a PC spot you in front of blue NPCs without an Peacekeeper around you will need a DM for the PvP.
This is the same if your character is banned etc, from a certain area or building by any NPC or PC part of running the location.
