Bland +1 items

If you come into possesion of a +1 item that is just that, has nothing else about it, just a +1 enchantment, then contact a DM and tell us where it was gained. It may be that it wasn't supposed to spawn there, or that it was supposed to spawn a +1, +1d4 fire damage weapon (though that is admittedly less likely)
These weapons may be part of an old treasure system, pre V4 era even, and we need to lock down where they are coming from to change them.
