What we need, is a palace!
-
The Arabel city palace is going to be getting rebuilt in game, what with everything that's just happened! DMs are pretty busy folks, is there anyone who'ld like to volunteer to help rebuild it? All it takes are basic toolsetting skills, we'll supply all the scripting, make the NPCs, etc etc.
Basic lay-out should be simple enough: Main doors opening to a lobby, some offices open up from there (where the current quest givers can be found and bounty collectors etc), a hall should lead to some meeting rooms, the KotMS memorial library, and other things you'ld expect in a more public part of a palace. From the main lobby a connection should also go to the temple of Tyr (though keep this stark and simple as it already is).
Opening up from the 'public' areas of the palace should be an official court where the new Viceroy of Arabel meets with his Lords and advisers (an open area with a large seat for holding court but enough space that tables and chairs can be moved in [placed by a DM for banquets etc], from this part of the palace there should be routes to some private meeting rooms, private bed rooms.
Feel free to think of anything else or talk over an idea with me.

Addendum:
It'll need access to the courtyard like the current palace and before you start work I'll send you the current palace .erf so you can copy scripts for furniture or move over statues etc that you know you'll want to keep in place between the areas.
I'll have a few different people do different versions and we'll probably let players vote on screenshots of which is the "best" one. Any palace that isn't used will actually be used for different things in the future too.
