South Arabel should contain the Morgue, Mereppi the potion brewer, Bhaliir Estate, and I think an inn. I just can't remember the damned name of it! Sword and Shield, maybe?

I still have a bunch of old maps from arabel and the regions around it somewhere I think. I had a character that was a cartographer. High search skill. He would go around and map down an entire region, screen shot it, and in paint just add dots with notes and stuff. That was the good ol' days of Cartography! Speaking of… Does the current map making system work? I have a ranger that I'm going to test it out with, but the tool for it doesnt explain how it works vary well in my opinion. I just walk up and target the spots or what?

Its way too time consuming. Basically in 1 area, there is 5-10 points you have to target. The thing is that you have to rest in between.

had a map draw of the -entire- set of accessible areas (not quests) It was -huge- and all hand drawn. Hours and hours of work and fun.

Northeast Arabel used to have:
Monk shop (in a building west of the Lady's House)
Dorreta the seamstress (also west of the Lady's House below the monk)
The dwarf blacksmith (directly north of the jail)
East contained:
Helmite temple
An inn (Dragon something that burned down)

I've had a few different maps, but I'm not sure which ones go with which version… I'm a little unclear when v3 became v4 since I only swung by a dozen times over those years. This is what I was able to piece together:
