Uthgar seems slightly out of place due to his more wilderness nature.
Siamorphe is not associated with might or magic.
Would substitute Clangeddin Silverbeard(Strength and War) and Lathander(Strength and Protection).
Have doubts about Hanali too.Temple of Might and Magic (11)

Temple of Unquiet Night (6)
-
Mask (Thievery)
-
Shar (Shadows, Secrets)
-
Velsharoon (Necromancy)
-
Cyric (Deception and Murder)
-
Loviatar (Suffering and Vengence)
-
Bane (Hatred and Fear)
I interpret Unquiet Night differently.
We live in Unquiet Times. The dieties of this Temple cause people to have sleepless nights. They make people look over their shoulders when walking down a dark street. They are the night terrors. The owners of the Dark.Mask is the master of this temple, and he balances the personalities in the temple by keeping them at odds at each other. Shar aids him in keeping the balance, because she believes in not making waves and attracting too much attention. Mask has penetrated the region with his agents, and the thieves guild runs a route through the region, fencing stolen items and organizing burglaries and pickpocket gangs. The Begger's Guild and Sellskirt's Guild are both subsidiaries of the Thieve's Guild.
Bane and Loviatar are partners in this, seeking to spread their dogmas through the lands by force and guile. Bandits and kidnappers are drawn to the region due to their influence. A Zhentarim secret society operates several safehouses in the area for agents traveling or located in the region. Nobles has fallen under Loviatar's sway, gleefully abusing their servants and ensuring that the Unquiet Night survives.
Cyric seeks to cause as much strife and chaos as possible, often undermining the work of other members of this temple. He runs a lodge of assassins, who frown upon anyone else "interfering" in their backyard. Assassins who attract their attention are given one chance to join up or leave forever. At least one senior noble is a member of Cyric's church, and they seek to eliminate his competition and increase his power.
Velsharoon quietly works with Shar to encourage shadow magic and necromancy, building up their followers in darkness, hampered only by the occasional megalomaniac who decides to go public in Arabel. They have begun the process of creating many artifacts, which will soon allow their followers to conjure up a vast armies of shadow skeletons, who are nearly immune to damage.

Temple of Luck and Lore, I would imagine holds some emphasis on adventuring and finding lost lore.
So Oghma would be ideal. As would Deneir. Tyche, Milil and Liira.
But that might be too dull, so I would remove Liira and replace her with Brandobaris.Temple of Unquiet Night (6)
Depends on the theme really. But i am guessing its some sort of underground, "evilish" temple.Temple of Cleansing Flame (4)
Kossuth, Tyr, not sure who else. Likely a gnome and dwarven deity also.Temple of Might and Magic (11)
Mystra, Azuth, Clar Banda, Velsharoon, Savras, Morvys, Tempus and his minions, Valkur perhaps somewhere? All in all, I just hope we will see Morvys and Clar Banda become more build into the setting.

Temple of Luck and Lore (5): Tyche, Oghma, Denir, Brandobaris, Haela Brightaxe,
Temple of Unquiet Night (6): Shar, Mask, Cyric, Bane, Loviatar, Talona.
Temple of Cleansing Flame (4): Kossuth, Lathander, Clar Banda, Chauntea
Temple of Might and Magic (11): Mystra, Jergal, Azuth, Red Knight, Velsharoon, Corellon, Savras, Tempus, Clangeddin Silverbeard, Arvoreen, Clar Banda. -
@Kreyla:
Temple of Unquiet Night (6)
-
Mask (Thievery)
-
Shar (Shadows, Secrets)
-
Velsharoon (Necromancy)
-
Cyric (Deception and Murder)
-
Loviatar (Suffering and Vengence)
-
Bane (Hatred and Fear)
I see your point there, but I did not think that Mask and Cyric would be openly worshiped in temples, thus I went for the Revelry kind of Unquiet ;)
And Moloch - let's go!

Okay, this one is a little out there…
Luck & Lore: Tyche, Brandobaris, Oghma, Deneir, Milil
Cleansing Flame: Kossuth, Lathander, Kelemvor, Jergal
Unquiet Night: Shar, Mask, Talona, Loviatar, Bane, Cyric
Might & Magic: Mystra, Azuth, Savras, Velsharoon, Talos, Tempus, Tyr, Torm, Red Knight, Helm, Garagos
Tough contest. "Cleansing Flame" especially gave me a headache. In the end, i threw in Kelemvor because he wants to purge the world of the undead, and Jergal wants to see the end of all life. Even though neither are associated with fire, unless bonfires for burning witches and necromancers and what not, count.

Problem with Unquiet night, is that Mask and Bane would never be allies with Cyrics.

@O'louth:

They don't have to be allies to be in the same temple together. Moloch said temples are like "thematically linked" pantheons, and in all pantheons i know there is variety and conflict.
Set killed Osiris and Loki killed Baldr even though they were members of the same pantheons, egyptian and norse respectively.

Assuming we are going by the same old, boring 3rd Ed Pantheon… (Zzzzz)
Temple of Luck and Lore (5): Tyche, Oghma, Brandobaris, Milil, Garl Glittergold
Tyche is an obvious choice. Oghma is a popular deity of luck and lore, as is Milil. Brandobaris because of the Halfling population, and I went with Garl. Cause I love Gnomes.
Temple of Unquiet Night (6): Shar, Bane, Loviatar, Talona, Mask, Morvys
Not sure about Mask or Morvys, but I had to fill it somewhere. Briefly considered replacing Mask with Clar Banda, as I don't believe Mask will tolerate open worship like this but whatever, same could be said of Morvys I suppose. (Besides, he's dead. Riven should be in his place. >_>)
Temple of Cleansing Flame (4): Lathander, Kelemvor, Torm, Tyr.
I had two ideas about this one. Was it a Thayan sponsored Temple? You'd put down Kossuth and Bane and stuff for that. I went for the safe bet though.
Temple of Might and Magic (11): Mystra, Azuth, Savras, Velsharoon, Corellon. Tempus, Garagos, Red Knight, Moradin, Helm, Arvoreen
Too many to choose from, Realms are so bloated with shitty Gods.
