Prismblade Bless Weapon does not work.
I unfortunately don't know where this item is found, it's been sitting in my pack after a quest for a while, but when I tried to use it the Bless Weapon charges don't do anything.
It says 'Casting Bless Weapon' in the log and then does nothing.

Issue Description:
As the title says, it applies its benefits to other spells like GMW, but not flame weapon. I've replicated it across resets now.
My spread is 2/6 fighter/wizard with the following feats (if for some reason it helps)
They're presently around 32 coin, a +1 kit is about 35.
One has a chance to remove poison or disease, the other can do that and heal you. I have no idea who increased the cost of basic herbs so highly, but it feels a bit out of whack.
I've had it happen sporadically, but it definitely happens. I had nothing to do with the quest whatsoever, just got a random fort check when near the doorway.
It's happened near the other unmarked entrances to the sewers, too.
No, you definitely get the check near the entrance.
