I remember testing something similar with @Strife-and-Discord in the tymora temple, maybe he has a quick fix.

Mineable rocks could sometimes be construction rock (in low mineral areas)

I think construction rock could be interesting to have as a resource.
It could have prestige to provide some DMless benefit. And could maybe be used in some recipe purely for leveling mining or something, that might turn the rock into cut stones or something.

It could be used as an RP tool for gathering stone for a stronger wall/help finishing the wall in Bospir, or rebuilding a destroyed inn, just building a new building somewhere.

Issue Description:
Giant Head POI is a duplicate of Ancient Giant Head that is placed very close by.
I suggest removing giant head, maybe add a marker to the small camp north east instead.

It's very costly in RL time every time there is a bug in the cartography system, because you have to wait the 32 minutes for another try. I suggest reimbursing the charge to the cartography tool on failed attempts.
