On certain behaviors…

Dear Players,
Recently, we noticed some poor behaviors creeping their way into our player base. These behavior are harassment and slander. This lack of respect towards others is simply intolerable. Ranting on and on to the point of harassing or charging into OOC arguments and attempting to influence IC Actions constantly is something I am sure none of you want to live with. If you cannot handle In Character Actions or the In Game Decisions, perhaps you need to take a break.
This goes double for slander. I will not tolerate people dragging other player's names through the mud simply because you cannot handle their character's actions or even simply because you don't get along with them. We all have different personalities and it's perfectly normal that you will not get along with some players but that's no reason for insulting them and slandering them.
Both these poor behaviors brings down the morale of the server and creates headaches for DMs and Players alike. Some of you are victims of this but do not get in touch with us with proof for fear of getting the guilty player in trouble. If you are guilty of these behaviors, we will not ban you at the first offense. No. We will try and talk with you to resolve the issue and seek other methods to clear the air and help stop this. But you need to help us, and help yourself and learn to let go of things and roll with the punches. If a player stubbornly keeps at this, at some point we may have no other choice but to ban him/her. Its not something we like to do, really, so give us a hand with this.
But I'm warning you right here, right now, I will not tolerate these sorts of behaviors on this server. If I have no other choice, and I hope you do not force me to do this, I will ban those guilty of harassing others oocly and/or slandering players. Do I make myself clear?
