DM Plot Factions

Recently we've moved some factions into a seperate forum section for "DM Plot Factions" rather than "DM Factions". This means that they are highly coupled to an ongoing DM Plot or initiative and may not be around forever. However, this is by no means saying not to apply for these factions - on the contrary, they may be getting more DM attention than any others in the coming months because they are part of these plots and be at the center of the action. We also have no intention to leave players in these factions unsupported once the plot is over if we can help it.
Most likely players from those factions which required an application will be moved into existing similar factions or newer ones if we can manage to do so. Though if your concept does not fit these and you do not choose to retire, we will try to look for alternatives such as leaving you with your faction gear to pursue your own agendas.
On a future note, other factions may enter this category in the future. This could include older factions which we feel are coming to a close, factions which are only intended to be around for a month or two while a DM runs a small plot, or brand new factions which are on a trial basis to see how they work out.
