      Issue Description: This bug came from me wondering about disenchanting in itself. I was asking what the purpose of it was. When I went to go use it however, the option to do it had no "Okay" choice, just back and exit. Is disenchanting gems just a left over that wasn't taken out yet?

        tbh, I forgot it exists
        it was requested by a member of the Team, but i dont remember why (it was added 2 years ago)
        it currently wont work because it's set up with the old alchemical reagents
        will discuss with the team whether to fix or remove it
