The Eastern Marches Campaign

If you continue to delay I will have Immerdusk curb your pay, guardsman.

I do understand the Crownguard's concern that this plan might be leaked to the enemy, yet it is also true that indecision will not improve our standing in the war either.
Given the past history of the Obsidian Skull, namely the Obsidian Three, and their involvement in the revival of the Lich Dymiia I believe the Crownguard's concern is justified.
As I see it there are two options:
-
Proceed only after the trial is concluded, with its result impacting the plan we might take. If for example the Skull is to be found guilty then we will need to use a different plan
-
Proceed now with the vote and it the plan's execution without waiting for the results of the trial, but should the trial later reveal that Skull Volkov is indeed a spy - The Skulls contract itself from the Crown will receive a penalty
Those would be my own recommendations, but it is at the end the decision of Dame Drakebane on how to proceed.

Mordecai of House Cormaeril

I tire of this.
I will inform the archmage he has been hired.
- Dame Drakesbane
P.S: I will set a date for the operation soon.

I believe this will come at the cost of many lives and an inordinate amount of coin. But, a fair vote is a fair vote. My ballot, for what it is now worth, would have fallen in favour of following sound mind, Ser Cormaeril. Not a self interested fool such as Adrian.
If you see fit to dock my pay for doing the right thing, so be it. Put my pay towards something more useful than hiring a mage though please; perhaps it could go towards cutting new keys to the city gates to make it even easier for Obyn’s forces to get in?

Perhaps it should be spent on lessons in proper etiquette and protocol so you are able to correspond and converse with your betters in a more appropriate manner.

As it was entered after the choice was decided, I make a movement to remove the Crown Guards vote as he had plenty of time and waited too long to make his choice known. Patience is one thing, but delaying just drags things out. You had your chance, you chose not to take it.

The vote was closed
You can't vote after the fact Ash.

My decision stands.

With the instability and blockage of the mine passage to the Marches, no opions that were put up for vote are vaiable any longer. We should focus on The Assault upon Griffin Hill for now.
