Esteemed Dame Drakebane,
I would first like to say I am humbled that I was selected to serve under you in the Council of Twelve Peers, and be given the privilege to serve the realm in such manner.
With that being said, I would like your permission and blessing to be more selective of what plans and projects, directly connected to my sphere of responsibilities, are shared with the rest of the Council members. I shall be bluntly honest and say that I have my reservations about some of them, thus I believe it shall be prudent to keep some of my plans on a need-to-know basis.
Some plans require delicate handling and it is vital we keep the element of surprise in them, for their success. I believe if successful they will change the course of the war in our favor.

I have detailed duties of the Commander more clearly in addition to the Luckbringer's guide, but you also must make it your own. Each Commander is unique. However, I will warn you that secrecy will serve little but to sow discontent among adventures in and outside the Council. This isn't a request to lay everything bare, but to ensure we all have enough knowledge to do what we must for the safety of our Kingdom.
