Proposal - Half Orc Ban

They are disgusting, have never done anything good for anyone, they are an abomination of our bloodline and they had a hand in the levelling of / butchery in Eveningstar.
I propose to ban half orcs from the city, and at the very least Clover Market where the elite, esteemed members of the city operate. We can situate toll booths at each entrance and issue fines to any who enter.
Nobody in their right mind will complain, and if they do then they’re idiots so I assume this will be issued once I have drawn up the suitable paperwork
Also the Precept tower, a gaggle of lunatic mages and god knows what undertaking all manner of obscene and maleficent operations, is also placed in the most illustrious district in the city?
