Notes: Kold has been witnessed by Sabriel Florent controlling large amounts of undead on the roads, Enlil is another known Cyricist witnessed by Adelaide and Sabriel to have animated the dead
Sentences: I suggest we give them to the Precept as Strays, Kold is a blood caster and Enlil is a former member who was kicked out.
As the controlling undead happened before he was named an offical of the church I would say the provision of protection under the law doesnt apply here
