New Necromancer

I was informed by Crownguard Adelaide that a robed necromancer has been spotted going to see the witch Izereth. The robed person has a orge zombie with them. I asked who else all saw this person and she told me she could not tell me.

This was witnessed apparently by one of the Ravens, so it's possible it was witnessed in error. I was also informed of this, though by Dominic, whom I asked to write a report I'll include here when I find it.

Ma'crag's ax was returned by a Purple Dragon Blade, raised from the dead and slain again by Ursula, of the druids.

So that makes sense.
