As the last vote for a new Councilor ended in a stalemate, I encourage all current Councilors to suggest more potential Councilors. Especially successful Councilors will be rewarded by myself personally.
Let us fill these seats with quality assets.

Potential candidates for discussion:
Sharruk
Sorceror, abjuration specialist.
Has been looking into the planar disturbance and has excellent and unique ideas
Works out of Tilverton, friends with councillor Jenny, and has expressed interest the Precept Arcanum - so I feel he would not be biased towards either. He is free spirited enough for that to not matter anyway from what I can tell.
List of achievements:
Either small or unknown. We'd need to change this, but he has potential.
Problems:
If he joins the Precept Arcanum, he would no longer be an option due to the limitation of one councillor per major group. -
Sharruk probably needs to work on doing more things around the realm, but I will say that when a half-fiend was walking around Hillmarch, he was willing to aid me in fighting the half-fiend and protecting the citizens of Hillmarch. So, he is willing to act for the benefit of the realm. Although that is just one instance.

@prettysmitten Agreed, he needs encouragement to reach his potential. Not ready for the council yet, but if we can make him ready, I expect he would be an asset.

I'd be willing to support him if he punished Ercole for his impersonation of a peace official with his idiotic calling himself the 13th councillor
