Legionairre Vin Bross enters the library and after talking to the librarian conducts a lengthy research amongst the books. He searches for information and or clues that could lead him to the location of the Stars of Mystra. He seeks information about the relic and its posable location.

The Stars of Mystra. These seven stars were once part of a relic created in the distant past by clerics of Mystra. More recently, the Stars were divided up and each made into a pendant, so the tale goes, and were used by Rangers in the Order of the Shooting Star in their fight against threats that imposed upon the natural order of things. It is said that these pendants were lost hundreds of years ago. None know where they may be found now.
One of the librarians hands him a text from an ancient tome on Mystra and the Histories of Magic.
This is all we have in here on the Stars of Mystra, my goodman. I suspect your research will need to extend beyond these walls learning.
