Crafting: Potions, Wands, Scrolls

This thread will describe the way Potion Brewing will work in our module from this point onward. The format chosen is a list of facts explaining the way this system uses the game mechanics to achieve the result of having a full-fledged Potion Brewing System.
In order to brew a potion, my character needs:
- To have the Brew Potion Feat
- To have a Magical Potion Bottle, as sold in various places in Arabel
- To have the required amount of Gold*****
- To have the required amount of XP******
- To have the correct spell memorized in his spellbook
- To have the correct recipe for this type of potion*******
- To not have exceeded his daily brewing attempts (10 attempts per rest period are allowed)********
In order to brew a potion, my character doesn't need:
- To be near a brewing cauldron.*********
- To do any casting, targeting or any other manipulation with a Magical Potion Bottle, as was the case in the previous system.
***** The standard formula for the Gold Cost of a potion is: 27g * Innate Spell Level. This means Level 1 (27 gold), Level 2 (54 gold), Level 3 (81 gold), Level 4 (108 gold) and so on. This new system allows us to modify those prices as we want, so it is possible to be able to craft for less, or more than this, depending on the specific recipe you have.
****** The standard formula for the XP Cost of a potion is: Gold Cost / 25. This new system allows us to modify those XP costs as we want, so it is possible to be able to craft for less, or more than this, depending on the specific recipe you have.
******* The new system works with items, in this case recipes, that can be found in various places (vendors, quests, hard to reach places, etc). Those recipes all have the power (On Cast: Unique Power Self Only). Upon using the recipe, the system will undergo all the needed validations, and the result should be a potion in your inventory, baring no error in the process. Some recipes will have unlimited uses per day, some might be limited to a number of charges. In short, all the customization that we can do with items will be possible with recipes.
******** Some recipes might allow you to go over your 5 daily attempts. The way this works is, if your character has such a recipe, you can use it LAST after using all your daily attempts, and then craft a 6th, 7th, or 8th potion depending on the recipe.
********* Players might discover some bonuses to still brew near a cauldron (we will not move the existing cauldrons, but might add more in the future) as opposed to brew "in the field"

There is a list of error messages that are built-in the system, and should tell you exactly what is happening. If you receive one of these under the wrong circumstances, I will expect a bug report about it. I hope they are self explanatory.

Hello, everyone. Bellow you will see a list with all spells that are currently craftable with our "Craft Wand" system. By each spell, you will also see a value.
To calculate the cost of the wand you wish to craft, simply take that value and put on the following formula.
Price = (VALUE * NUMBER_OF_CHARGES * 11) / 1000.
This way, if we are to make a 10 charges wand of Aid, where the value is 4500, we have:
Price = (4500 * 10 * 11)/1000 = 495 gold lyons.
